“You can’t move an obstacle by arguing it shouldn’t be there. I’m the first to tell you it shouldn’t be there. First acknowledge it, then find a way to move around it.”

I believe that change is possible.

When discrimination gets in the way of academic and workplace success, it often becomes the deciding factor that makes or breaks an individual’s career. It can be difficult to identify what is normal and even harder to confront what is not normal. My mission is to empower individuals, provide awareness within academia and corporate culture, and bring about foundational policy changes in an effort to eliminate discrimination, remove the silent majority that ignores clear and present discriminatory practices, and ultimately allow all individuals to thrive in their respective fields. I believe that change is possible.
